巴西 Inmetro于 2017年 4月公布官方文件 002，所有 371法令下的帶待機(jī)模式的家電產(chǎn)品 EMC測試為強(qiáng)制。該指令為 Inmetro強(qiáng)制，對(duì) 371/09法令暫時(shí)不會(huì)造成沖擊，因?yàn)?IEC 60335-1的 19.11.4條款已經(jīng)對(duì) EMC測試提出了要求。該指令從 2017年 4月開始生效。
The official letter 002/Dconf of 04/April/2017 of INMETRO inform that all household appliance under Decree 371 that stay in stand-by the EMC tests is mandatory. The decree 371/09 did not suffer any modification in this moment, as you can check on the standard IEC 60335-1 the item 19.11.4 request the EMC tests. This document will start to be valid in 04/April/2017, because is a mandatory information from INMETRO.
